Timed boxing techniques and drills with a standing heavy bag. This class delivers a powerful workout. Challenge yourself to intense intervals of timed speed drills, power drills and/or jump rope drills.

INTERVAL TRAINING

Series of various challenging and structured total body resistance and conditioning drills.

XTREME CARDIO KICKBOXING OR INSTRUCTOR'S CHOICE

Cardiovascular exercise that blends aerobics, self-defense, martial arts, kickboxing & yoga moves along with a mixture of intense strength & calisthenics drills.
