The pictures speak for themselves and the results you see in your own mirror will too. During class, Kathie is always quick to remind us that there are no shortcuts and no quick fixes. As such, they do not take their work lightly. Her daughter Kayla is a ball of powerful energy and does not slack off when taking the lead during classes. Quotes Push Fitness is a mother and daughter owned fitness facility. Classes include instruction in Tae Bo, Functional Fitness, Cardio Body Sculpt, Ring-Box Training & More. Kathie and Kayla are great - very motivating; they will PUSH you to work harder! They play current music to keep you moving and every class is different, from week to week. This workout will keep your interest. Going to a gym is too boring for me, I won't keep up with it. These classes keep me coming back. Classes are very reasonably priced. The location is convenient, there is street parking and the Fullerton bus stops almost right out front. They have evening classes on Mon, Tues, Thurs, Fri and morning classes as well. Quotes

Quotes This will get you in shape. This is such a good bang for my buck. First of all, let me say I belong to Xsport but can never get to their classes. This is right a few blocks south from me on Fullerton -- which means I can walk. After a long commute, the last thing I feel like doing is getting back on somebodies bus. The classes are tough but doable. She pushes you, but if you need to take a break no one is going to make you feel stupid. My goal is to make it here 2 nights per week during the week. Quotes I'm lazy I am the first to admit it. Gym memberships do me no good I grab a towel a banana and look for the first comfortable machine. Push Fitness run by the Mother/Daughter team of Kathie and Kayla is my answer. Organized classes that hit all the muscle groups. I am feeling pain like never before and it feel WONDERFUL. I know that when I leave PF I have had a workout. You work at your own speed but you are Pushed to to do better and go harder, gently that is. Proper form is explained and shown. I have been in the Military and have belonged to a lot of Gyms, at Push Fitness I have for the first time watched the steam rise off my body after a workout.. Inexpensive, In Logan Square with Daily Classes there is no reason not to at least give it a go. When I say Inexpensive I mean criminally so.
