Workout

  1. What should I wear?

    Comfortable clothing.  Clean light weight gym shoes or you can workout barefooted.  We have 1/4 inch puzzled cushioned mats.

  2. What should I bring?

    Positive attitude, an open mind, patience and a smile.  You may bring water and a towel.  But there is water available for sale.

  3. How do I register?

    You pay as you go.  There is no on-line registration or any other hidden fees but the membership fee which is accepted in the form of cash.  

  4. Where do I park?

    There is metered street parking on Fullerton.  If you park on Bernard the meters are free after 6:00 p.m. 

  5. Do I need any experience?

    No. Every level of fitness is welcomed.  You go at your own fitness level and modifications are given as needed.

  6. Is there a changing room or a shower?

    No. Our facility focuses primarily on providing a structured workout and we are limited in space, unfortunately we don't have the space to provide these amenities.
